Dr. Kim M. Morita, DDS

Kim received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and DDS degrees from Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC, and is a graduate of UCLA’s General Practice Residency program. She is a former Assistant Professor at Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC in the department of Dental Hygiene, and at UCSF School of Dentistry predoctoral Preventive and Restorative Dental Sciences.

Dr. Morita earned national academic honors from OKU (Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society). She received the Academy of Osseointegration award for outstanding achievement in implant dentistry. She was also the recipient of the Professionalism award in her undergraduate dental hygiene class for her embodiment of the highest ethical and professional standards. Kimi’s father was a well-known orthodontist in her hometown of Honolulu, Hawaii, and her brother Scott is also part of the Morita dental legacy.

Dr. Morita is a member of the American Dental Association, Seattle-King County Dental Society and local study clubs.


Dr. Rachel Meek, Dmd

Rachel calls this area of the PNW home, having spent most of her childhood growing up in Newport Heights and the East Renton Highlands. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Washington State University (Go Cougs!) before completing her dental degree with Honors at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) in Portland.    

Dr. Meek is an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma and has spent a large part of her career caring for indigenous patients in tribal and Indian Health Service clinics. Dr. Meek’s practice focuses on using minimally invasive dentistry for patients of all ages and backgrounds. She cares deeply about providing her patients positive experiences that empower them to take control of their oral health, love their smile, and show dental anxiety who’s boss!

Dr. Meek is passionate about advocacy, life-long learning, and mentorship, as well. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, Seattle-King County Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and Society of American Indian Dentists. She also serves as volunteer faculty for OHSU’s Wy’East Dentistry Pathway. 

Dr. Meek adores spending quality time with her husband and two dogs, curling up with a good book, and cheering on the Seahawks and Kraken!
